• I'm trying to get down to 70kg. Currently 76.6kg. Laying off the booze by doing Go Sober October, let's see what happens

  • I've pretty much stopped drinking since May - I drink non-alcoholic beer, its way fewer calories but satiates that desire for a beer watching football or at the pub on a Thursday. I've found that to be a gamechanger. Plus no hangover.

  • Good luck, remember not to replace with sugary drinks, as this will stop/slow progress.
