Coventry is spesh.
It's citizens were sacrificed to the blanket bombing to ensure the nazis didn't realise Bletchley had cracked the code.
The old, bombed cathedral is very moving. There is a vibe of sacrifice and betrayal in various Coventry institutions and architecture. Worth a visit
Still, it's another Midlands car-strangled town centre, like Brum, Wolverhampton etc.
Though keep shtum...

My dad's worked in Brum his whole life - I remember showing him that film a few years back and he got all misty eyed about it.
