What are the plans with the Jan Janssen?

Thanks, for a long time I didn't know what to do with the JJ because the paint is in a pretty bad condition irl so the bike is not worth a proper restauration. Very recent plans are to make a nice weather cruiser, I actually ordered a flat bar and basket this week
