The copper discolouration; normally mean water leak, was it leaking before?

@Marron Was it raining? Did he leave his scorch mat in van? Or were those burn marks pre-existing?

Haha, no, those are new.

I guess they were just careless because the whole kitchen looks like garbage - maybe they thought we wouldn't care, idk.
