Mechanics seem to have had a tough time of it; I saw that Belgian junior was supplied a TT bike by his 2023 team with adult gearing and no-one picked it up till the commisaires made him change bike on the start line
I’m guessing most of them are short of tools/equipment as the cost of getting stuff that might be needed is prohibitive.
They had actually got the correct cassette on it with a 14T smallest but used a 53T chainring not 52 as required.
