If the only issue is size, that’s easy to address

By inflating the frame?

Dredging the comments on waterproof trousers - sorry @dancing james not salopette style, but I could easily put some adjustable-elastic braces on a production pair;

It’s getting to waterproof trouser time of year. I’d still like some genuinely waterproof dungarees.
Anyway, they are quite different when you compare them:

Do you think if you only had the Jibb you would miss the extra qualities that the Madonna is offering?
The Jibb also looks like a perfectly capable and fun bike park/ enduro bike to me -

Hard to say honestly, I'm very glad to have both and therefore able to pick the bike for the conditions.
I rode the Madonna yesterday and loved every minute of it, but will be racing the Jibb this coming weekend.

Milland today, dreadful nights sleep so I almost bailed but glad I made myself race.

I hope you never have to use it!
First ride with it today, first trail, smashed myself into a tree 👍 Armour did it's job perfectly, protecting my shoulder and chest. Unfortunately it wasn't in a few key areas such as my thigh which is now twice the size and agony

Sorry to hear that - I was thinking about armour today as a lot of the people racing had chest and back in addition to knee pads.
I'm convinced, and will get some - question is what.

Apparently you get a €100 voucher for Bike Discount DE- but I’ve not seen nor heard of it.
However, the Madonna is an amazing bike so I don’t really mind.

They don't ship to UK (Brexit benefit) so I guess they assumed it was pointless sending you the voucher

Maybe this is the first sign of me losing my marbles, but I think I'm about to order a set of mt7 brakes. They come with the standard HC 1-finger lever.
Do any of yours have the HC3 lever? Do you rate the OAK levers? Do the adjustments actually work as claimed?
I'm not really sure if the HC3 lever and OAK levers do the same things?edit: I see HC3 levers on the Jibb
-
• #6772
I have a set of Oak levers to go on the Jibb - let me get that done and I'll post you the HC-3's if you want to give them a whirl?
The adjustments on both the HC-3s and the Oak's work well, but personally I like the lever shape of the Oak more.

Also, they are really good brakes once you've got the hang of them.
If there's any interest I'll put together a "how to get the best out of Magura brakes" post.

“How to get the best out of Magura breaks”
Get Dammit to fit them. Take them of and burn them. Fit XT brakes. Don’t ride bikes anymore and drink beers.
You’re welcome -

XT four pots vs my MT7’s is no contest- the Shimano brakes lose pretty hard.
I'd happily put a sticker over it, then stick some helicopter tape over the whole area - but what sticker?
