I’m not sure he even touched Fred Wright, as from the angles I’ve seen he lost his back wheel somehow before any contact. Hard to see without the overhead shot and the cameraman was focused on the sprint for the stage.

Fred seemed to have no idea if Roglic crashed in an interview after so I doubt he hit him
