So, I'm in the extremely fortunate position that my better half has purchased my first ever bike fit for my birthday! Bravo her...

Its a fit at Sigma in Hampton which came recommended by a mutual friend.

I don't really know what to expect - do I need to turn up in full kit with my bike?

Yes. Also make sure your shoes have plenty of life left in them as well as the cleats. That's assuming Sigma bike fit includes cleat set up.
