They work with our kitchen builder a lot so there's every chance they will drive the whole country. Can't hurt to ask

Well this stuff arrived without warning.
Better decide which end of the room to lay first.

Ours was Galloway by Brockway
Colour: Peregrine 304 - LuceAfter a bit of nerdy research I found the OEM where John Lewis get theirs from. Liked it a lot, very lux, though we did stain it a couple of times, and we’re clean living aesthetes. There was a cat shaped patch when we moved the bed 😋

Yeh that was the one I think...I wonder if Bo will be a clean living aesthete (I dont think she is!)
-
• #4108
She can have epoxy garage floor paint in her room

Think we're going to go for this as our front window is overlooked - as we will be re-plastering ceiling may as well have them set into the ceiling rather than the wall. Unless this is a bad idea...?

If you do have this costed up would you mind sharing? It looks
a) horrifically expensive.
b) exactly what I want. -
• #4111
Depends what your job is.
-
• #4112
Haha yeah tell me about it! But yep I’ll update once I have the costs in.

If I go from Schneider to Astra switches and sockets to save money does that make me a terrible person?
-
• #4114
Schneider have nasty borders around the switches, I don’t get why architects love them so much.
-
• #4115
Also same question going from orluna to Lucile plaster ceiling lights for the kitchen?
-
• #4116
We really wanted Jung switches as our old flat had them and we grew to love them, but it was a total waste of money so we just got MK for now. Switches etc are such an easy upgrade in the future, spend the cash on things you cant easily swap out.

Anywhere good to look at and buy some wall lights online? I need class or type 2 due to the wiring situation to replace the previously unsafe ones. Cheers

Also deciding on kitchen lights as not long til new kitchen. It's small, 2.8m x 1.7m ISH but just over 3m tall.
Got a pendant half price at John Lewis but feel like it needs 2 and won't look right given height/layout. Spotlights touch boring.

Apex masonry just did our worktops in contract quartz to avoid the silestone branding uplift.
Ashford based I think but I'm sure they would travel.
