The FXD was 200 and no escape valve, I assume it is the same on the Pelagos 39
No need for it
Edit: 300m+ has a "need" for it, according to Wikipedia

They have. For a slimmer case. And 200m is more than ample and who ever uses a helium escape value? One of the more useless complications. I've only ever met one true saturation diver in my life. I'd be surprised if he gives a shit about tudor.
