I'm going over this evening to check it out. Looks to be a bit of rust on the seatstay bridge and a fair few spots around the lugs, but hopefully it's just surface stuff. Will report back later.

Good description, lots of photos, seller has been on gumtree for 4 year, willing to give buyer their home address for collection.

Bad experience with this region; everytime when something was very good and in this area, and I went there to collect, “stupid mate already sold this bike but I have different very similar” story was happening.
