No problem! Yeah that's strange, most frames route nicely with LH front/RH rear so as a Brit I've reversed my brakes from the norm to suit the frames I have. You could reverse the lever/cable setup and route the rear cable round the head tube from the LH lever, or keep it as is and a small piece of clear frame protector tape where it touches.

Good advice @Josē, I was a bit struggling how to do the cabling, the suggestion you mention is way better I think.
It seems a bit odd to me the rear brake cable enters the top tube on the right side of the frame, now the cable has quite a sharp bend going from the right side of the bars to this cable stop. Any ideas on this?
