I havent tried spraying my feet, I just go to the shoe normally, exactly as @DethBeard said. I spray them with alcohol too. Not convinced the alchohol works, I've heard freezing can work but haven't done it.

Thanks for the response, clearly something we all have to deal with from time to time. I had new shoes on and new socks on and my new shoes were starting to smell like my old shoes. I had them 2 days!
