Yes they do a paid service - you've just got to email their customer services. My light got wrecked in a crash and they fixed it with a new shell, back plate, and a couple of internals and it's still going strong

Haha yes it was! A car pushed me into water on a flooded road which had a half a foot deep pot hole in it. It sent me flying! - I was lucky to only come away with some cracked ribs/battered leg and a couple of broken things on my bike all things considered!!
