just rode along the thames to parliament from out east on what could be one of the lowest tides of the year.
so many old sewer pipes showing i can't imagine what the thames would have looked like all those years ago when buildings just flushed into the river, the great stink must have been something to beholdnever seen so many mudlarkers either, right at the waters edge looking for something that might not have been uncovered for 10 or 20 years
