Is the rule still that you can self-validate and make the finish and be on GC if you're in time?

I don't think (hope) that was the rule in 2019 I missed CP3 and was timed out at that point from GC.

Hmm, maybe I made it up then. So if you miss any of the CPs you can finish but won't be in the GC?
