  • You know you can claim back the penalty fare if you forget to tap in/out?

    My card links to my employer so I now have constant anxiety they'll pull me in for repeated full fare days. I'm yet to be fined by the hi-viz folk but it feels inevitable. I spent the best part of 10yrs buying paper tickets and the adjustment to tappy tappy is proving very hard.

    Incomplete journeys
    You can apply for a refund by selecting a journey and providing the missing information. You can make 3 application(s) per calendar month from the list below. You must apply within 8 weeks of the journey.

    Your refund will usually be the difference between the maximum fare charged and the advertised fare for the journey made.
