  • Did a small oopsie.

  • Cable up the brakes, and let's gooo.

  • Black cranks are not completely shit

  • If you have some imagination, you could even think the bare teeth of the chain ring match with the machined side walls of the rims.

  • It is logical. It makes sense functionally. That's why it's pretty

  • V-brakes with flat bar levers are INSANELY powerful.

  • Gis the money shot then

    Right!!

Tomorrow! Was picking up my frame bag at a friend, when dusk fell.

  • @Tijmen did a fantastic job again, this time on a frame bag as a birthday present. Thanks a lot buddy.

  • He's alright I guess

  • great great bike!

  • Yep, spot on.

  • Very, very fit.

I thought Iā€™d hate the black cranks & silver-toothed chainrings, but they work on the bike as a whole.

Even the coloured housing, which is usually a turn off, really suits this.

Very well done. Comfy with the bars and new stance?

  • Thanks all. It came together quite nicely I think as well.

    @ectoplasmosis:

Comfy with the bars and new stance?

Time will tell! It's definitely different than drop bars, that's for sure. Will have to play with the bar angle a little bit, maybe also the stem height.

  • I love it but I know how slow it's going to be!!

Love the vibe, slow or fastish (slow) <3

  • Absolutely lush. Love every iteration of this bike.

  • šŸ„°

  • Smashed it

  • Looking great. You won't be doing mountain passes considering the upright position, do you?

  • That's a bad idea?

  • My experience is that in an upright position you never can generate the same power as when more "horizontal". It's all about the "chain of muscles" : when climbing you use all your muscles between your fingers and your toes combined. When you're in a more vertical position, you can't use the muscles from your back optimally (and they're about the most powerfull in the chain). I'm not saying you can't climb mountains in your vertical position, just saying it's less efficient.
