I think I went to customer service at the bottom of the page and did a chart thing, it’s automated at first but you should get the option to be connected to an agent. I asked about the next day refund and they said I had to wait 48 hours from contacting the seller, they either said they’d set it up to automatically refund me or that they would get a reminder to review the case after 48 hours.
“Dear friends: Please wait patiently. I have communicated with the logistics personnel that the package will be re-delivered and it will be delivered to your address within 5-8 days. I am very sorry.”
So am I going to have to wait 8 days to get my refund?
