Very. because federalism =EU in some eyes.
PR might happen one day but federalism is probably a step to far for some.
In my eyes it has potential to preserve the union, overhaul the lord's with voted representatives, moderate the England first aspect of our system.
Would be interesting to see what it might do to NI

Yeah, I always wondered about that actually. How far is the UK away from being a federation?
