That’s certainly within the realm of possibility, but if that was the angle, you’d think they’d go for something other than a £60 inflatable boat! Their bank accounts must have a considerably higher interest rate than mine.
A plan like that would be more effective with something that you’re likely to sell many hundreds or thousands of.
The tracking events are odd but I’d guess they really mean that it’s been ‘delivered’ to the UK logistics partner that will carry out the final leg of delivery.
