Genuinely too hot for humans, never mind Scottish humans, to be cycling. First time I've felt ill with heat.

As a resident of South Australia I can tell you it's possible to get used to heat to a certain extent, but it's better to just stay out of it on certain days and ride evenings or mornings.

I've been riding in the heat for months now. Like a frog in a pot, gradually getting hotter but yesterday was mad. Probably accumulation of fatigue after a couple of big days but yeah not a nice experience.
