St. Johns ambulance did/do courses from what I recall when I looked a few years ago. Should give a reasonable grounding. If looking for work, then there’s usually an “Emergency First Aid at Work” course/qualification/certificate of participation that can be undertaken. I’m afraid I don’t have suppliers (ours are organised through work) but seems to be done by paramedic trainers but not sure if ambulance service, St Johns ambulance or other affiliated party I’m afraid.
The course is good though for the basics, and is pretty widely recognised by most U.K. employers from my experiance

British Red Cross course I went on was very good. Have had to use the stuff I learnt a couple of times, I’d recommend it.

Any suggestions for a first aid course in London? I want to take one for work but have no idea what to look for to be honest so advice on what is and isn't likely to be a good use of time would also be appreciated. I've got absolutely no experience either if that makes a difference.
