Pads after 30s of braking
Look glazed, a sign of getting too hot, which is caused by having to dissipate too much energy, which is caused by an overloaded vehicle

Tried fire, sanding, scourer, detergent, isopropyl, etc. Cleaned the caliper internals with wet wipes and iso. Basically, I can't make these fucking things any cleaner or rougher or newer or whatever.
