  • Im looking at Huel as a way to manage hunger levels throughout the day. I eat 3 decent meals but have a fast metabolism combined with regular cycling means I’m dropping weight and feeling hungry and grouchy too much.

    Plan is to have something I can drink mid-late afternoon before the hunger sets in and I still need to wait 3 hours until dinner.

    How do I try Huel without dropping £100 on two bags of the stuff - is the bottled stuff in the shop the same? Are there cheaper alternatives?

  • I’d say if you’re eating x3 a day and still getting hungry you’re probably not eating enough protein and calories. Try upping the protein in your meals first.

    Huel premixed is better than homemade imo but more expensive.
