Looking again, it's actually not in as bad a place as I thought. Wouldn't have a clue how difficult it is to fix though. Or how expensive. Or how much of a valuation hit it would take.
It's partly the memory of the ex who dinged it I'd like to erase too, but honestly if it's going to be a fortune and reduce the resale value anyway, I'll leave it as is.
