Okay then fam - I’ve been looking at these wardrobes since I painted them horrible horrible grey 6 yrs ago - the room layout / windows on the left and rad/door on right means we pretty much have to have the bed facing them. My thinking is to take the doors off and use the frame to fit birch ply doors on flush hinges over - or maybe sliding ? But - birch is expensive and heavy and it’s probably at the top end of my diy tekkers - any other thoughts ? Sliding Poly carbonate on timber frames was an idea. Some mirror would be good on the right (for dressing not pervy biz!) maybe. Also thought of a change in materials - so top storage doors in different - to give it a bit of relief / make it less of a massive wall. Also like vertical panelling . Thoughts ? Usual crew obvs - I’m thinking @dbr is my guy to tell me what’s hip and achievable !?
Hm, regarding the 'massive' wall maybe get it all mixing, a mirror door on the right, maybe the left side or middle side even without doors and only the frame, like that every panel is different?
