  • Let us know how you get on, I had it a few years ago and the stair exercises made a huge difference.

  • Tonnes of stretching elevation and ice yesterday seems to have eased it a bit to the point I can walk barefoot with minimal pain (feels like I'm standing on lego). Will keep at it all week and I'm going to switch to a more cushioned shoe as I think that will help even if it is different to the shoe I train in...thoughts?
