I've got a trail (gravel) half on Sunday. And I have suddenly come down with suspected plantar fasciitis. Any sage advice as to how best to spend the week pre race to rehab/kit to alleviate the pain and prevent lasting damage?
When I had a case of it I taped the base of my foot with the rigid physio tape so it wouldn't flex.
If you mean how can you run with it, I certainly couldn't have run with the case I had.
I can barely walk, but I'm hoping it'll go as fast as it arrived...? I'll try to get a physio appt ASAP.
