The manufacturer is 'Alutech', I got them through a local windows/doors company that the builder who did the structural stuff always uses - I was fearing up to 3k or so given the non-standard/extra height, so very happy with the price.
Edit: got the site wrong, it's slideANDfold that's been recommended here, not slideORfold (though no experience of them).
