@BareNecessities I have had local chrome plating company do a chrome fork for a Viner pista restoration back in the days and it looked lush. But one thing is the environmental impact the other is I really don't need to add weight to this bike.
@revenant. It comes off with brown soap where shite powder coating requires sandblasting.

Maybe the paint just needs more time to cure? I've read that 2-3 weeks for wet is normal, I think
