Big vote for Warmoth here. I've been really happy with mine. Haven't touched the frets or the truss rod and it plays fantastically. I'm sure there's some luck involved there, but it was worth the money in my opinion. Their customer service sorted me out very fairly because of a Thing after I received the neck too.
