Yeah, I still feel very high and uncomfortable on this bike, but that may just be down to the drop im used to on the road bike; the new fork brings the rake in to 44mm and I have a few other stems of varying drop (-8 to -20 / 70/80/90mm) which I hope will change the handling and comfort dynamics favourably.
Also feel like the seatpost sill isn’t high enough.
Having the bars rolled back more can be more comfortable for longer rides, though a lot of people prefer rolled forward for an 'aggressive' position, weighting the front wheel more
What you seem to have there are bars rolled forward, along with a high lever position which would cause your wrists to bend back
Everybody finds their own thing though. It's at least a lot easier to experiment than with drop bars, as there's no bar tape faff
