Oof, that’s nice. I’m looking to progress up to 26” for jumping. Might make life a little easier for my old, battered body than my 24”. I might not be able to say ‘chukable’ as much though, which is a big downside.

yes, really sad. liked the geometry of the solaris (before "max", think it was mk3).
they did a small batch 29" simple at that time but i was broke back then :-(

If you like the pre-Longshot Solaris geo, have a look at the Cascade, it may not be a million miles away.

the cascade is a versatile frame so it seems, would def. consider buying one.
right now i'm happy with my simple and 29x2.0 contis, the bottom bracket is a bit high and the clearance in the back is tight, but super fun to ride.btw: erik from heroux cycles plans on doing a steel version of the tao (with optional brake mount on the rear)

Bought a purple Paul seatpost for my ol beloved Muss. She performed beautifully during two days on the trails and a critical mass ride.
I found a complete Celeste Cuss for sale in my size, considering a 10 hr round-trip drive to go get it.
