Worth asking Jon at mack workshop. I have just got him to make me one. Haven't received it yet but he finished it at the weekend and here are some photos he sent to me. Came to £125.

That looks great. I thought he'd stopped making bags, good to hear he's back at it, top person.

Seems a bargain for 125

the restrap needs a wider rack for the magnet (fidlock) things to attach to.
works with pelago medium rack e.g.had a broken hand (did superman over handlebar) caused by broken rack to fork mount.
strap around the headtube keeps me riding with less concern... -

Camera bags can be a nice alternative. I picked up this Lowepro for £15.

Old news, but I just bolted the mudguard to the rack itself - even more adjustment! Also, excellent place for stashing some spare nuts'n'bolts while touring.

Is anyone selling a specialized pizza rack/pelago commuter or anything similar?

ye great bit of kit. Don't use the full size bottom zip as I've got bottle cages mounted but still fits plenty of my essentials. Got caught in a very heavy downpour one day and the zips couldn't handle that type of weather but still solid regardless.

has anyone bent Tubus rack stays? Whats the technique? They are so light, I am worried I'll break it.

I’ve used one of these (https://www.toolstation.com/pipe-bending-spring/p37655?store=KA&utm_source=googleshopping&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=googleshoppingfeed&mkwid=_dm&pcrid=558571386879&pkw=&pmt=&gclid=CjwKCAjwjtOTBhAvEiwASG4bCKUU1i4unHzVFi-Q2NI8TGKY-teT25lsZ2XkNdTttLE-Ans52JhXWRoCyJEQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds) to bend stays before, just put them inside the spring instead of putting the spring inside for copper pipe. You still have to be gentle though.
Or if you want to see what you’re doing these ( https://www.screwfix.com/p/lever-tube-bender-6-8-9mm/17898?tc=BT2&ds_kid=92700055262507126&ds_rl=1244066&gclid=CjwKCAjwjtOTBhAvEiwASG4bCEX52cPOwq5XubHAauBgBMXjsvT-w33GxuvQEoxAqc6DJchr1aSephoCa2IQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds) work really well for a little more investment. -

Put in a vice and pulled, didn't need to make any crazy bends.

I dont own this, I should

Good technique for bending a pipe is to fill it with sand and seal the ends, it reduces the chance of it folding instead of bending. I bent some 6/8mm Aluminium tubing using this method and a tool like Chaley's second link (aliexpress special). Worked a treat.

If you have the solid stays, you could probably stand on them and tug.
Full disclaimer, I'm not a metal worker.

Has anyone come across a seat pack or tool roll with a purple colour scheme or paint spatter? Or am I looking at custom?
-
• #996
Wizard works have paint splatter / purple schemes from what I've seen.

What's the best budget bag for a Wald 1372? Looking to carry a D-lock, a tube, a pump and a jacket. Maybe some shopping on occasion.

Bag for life and a nice cargo net is the cheapest thing.
https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/331860/?offset=500#comment16532318 has some very good prices on basket bags (and the bags are good too)

Im running a pelago front rack loaded up for a upcoming trip.
Ideas for belt and braces rack and pannier mounting?
I was thinking of some paracord around the rack and handlebars in case the rack bolt sheared?
Is this buckle designed to secure the pannier?

Modern looking rando bags?
So far looked at Restrap and Swift Industries, with the later being more what I'm looking for.
