I was planning to buy some 650b wheels and 47mm tyres, but I think I'll leave it like this for now.
Still need to find a way to make the pizzarack a bit better...

Also have these forks and am stumped about best pizza rack fitting. Was contemplating making the attachment.

Yes unfortunately the forks are just a bit too wide for the rack... otherwise we could've fitted the mounting plates on the inside of the rack.
