The autoloader allows Russian tanks to have a crew of three rather the standard four for Western MBT, Main Battle Tanks.
Running a three-man team with just two means something can't be done simultaneously.
hence, no scanning for adversaries.
Helps the brave Ukrainians to destroy Russian tanks with NLAWs and other anti-tank weapons.
