Moskva, the flagship of Russia's Black Sea Fleet, was being towed to port when "stormy seas" caused it to sink, according to a ministry message.

Does the Russian Ministry think everyone was born yesterday? How stupid do they think their citizens and the wider public are? It’s mind boggling
