Water first, 2 minute steep, using about 16g/250g ratio
Grinding same as a 2 cup v60.

Results are fantastic. You manage to get more body but in a balanced way.
I’d been struggling with v60 as to get a slow enough draw down on a single cup I’d have to grind finer, and the cup goes muddy and you lose the more delicate flavours. With the clever it makes a cup that’s fuller, but fuller of all the flavours I wanted, without it just going muddy and bitter (which obliterates the nicer notes).
Sorry - I’m crap as describing coffee, so that might not make loads of sense, but other than for travel where I really have to pack minimally, I’d deffo go clever over v60.
