I'd also like to pass this on. I'm panicking by the amount of carbon shit I've accumulated and there's only so much epoxy I can leave smeared around the flat.
If you've never fucked around with carbon, the stays will be easy to repair if you're methodical. The BB cluster will pose more of a challenge, but is a very doable DIY project according to a couple of carbon people we use at work.
