straight in, the hardest things to stop were crisps and beer which I did to excess daily, still drink white wine and spirits and diet mixer. I started with 2 meals per day and after a month switched to omad which is essentially 24 hr fasting and I've done 3 3day fasts so far. I've found I can have cheat days or weekends and get back on the program easily.
my next mountain to climb is to get back on the bike ans start running again -
I'd really recommend keto and omad, ime once the carbs are minimised the hunger disappears and opens the door to longer fasting periods.Apparently omad and longer fasts are v good for gut health. I've gone from 95kg to 81kg in just over 3 months with embarrassingly no exercise. I'm 187cm..hth someone
