Virtual backgrounds or blur in online meetings when you are in the office.

Fair enough if you are joining from your bedroom or something and don't want to share your home with random people but when you are in the office turn the irritating thing off.

Virtual backgrounds were amusing for the first 10 minutes of WFH. The blur though I find less distracting, as allows you to focus on the caller, not on something in the background that's inevitably more interesting. Also, blur for confidential information on walls.
