Perhaps look at (folded) horn speaker designs - an exponential profile will have a 90 degree total angle at some point if the horn is sufficiently long.
Audiophiles thread might give a better answer?
Edit - just had a look on there and a phone speaker might be seen as provocative. Thingiverse for inspiration maybe?
