You can get an overground with bike from somewhere west to somewhere east
@hippy not sure where you're coming from, but when going to Swinley, I go-
Black Horse Road
Gospel Oak
Richmond
then on to Brandon from there.
You can certainly take your bike on the District line. And I can lead from Walthamstow to Chingford if any one wants to meet before hand, and to ride the trails on the way there.
My mate said "If you got the overland to Stratford, or Leyton midland road, we could ride to the start. There’s 10km of single trail between here and the start they hand marked."
yeah that's certainly an option, you can get from there to Chingford without going on the road pretty much. Could warm up on the trails in the Olympic park.
