Bang for buck;
Option 3 for me.
I ran some nice wheels on my SWorks tricross with 10 speed da mechs and 105 flightdeck shifters and it was fab, it didn’t stop, but it rode great. If I’d changed to bar ends and the right levers it would have been aces. -

Yes, those but not purple.
The lugged cx frame did quite some flexing.
Nice stuff. Will see if I can find some and do a retro feel like 17 again build. -

Christ. It's a good thing that I (a) don't like peanut butter and (b) don't shop at Harvey Nicks.

Campagnolo 12s with magura rim brakes would be amazing.
But probably 105 and the avids would be the most sensible.
-
• #24115
The most sensible option is never cantis.
-
• #24116
Hell yeah, as long as the master cylinders are broadly the same size, that would be ace

Amazed at the lack of hilarious gravel related April fool jokes so far today

Beach racers
Bikes that actually ride well on the surface they are named after? We'll have none of that in this thread please
-
• #24124
Nice to see big robs bikes still getting ridden. Hope you rode it insanely fast
-
• #24125
Not as fast as he would have but I try and do it some justice
