I'm using a 118 mm token bb. Before the Rohloff I was using an Alfine 8 with the chainring mounted inside of the crank and the chainline was spot on. For the Rohloff I just put the chainring outside, it's not quite 57, but I didn't experience any problems running a subpar chain line. I rather have a smaller q factor.
For the torque plate I'm running the pm monkey bone with 180 rotors front and back. The easiest and cheapest way, just don't pull the brakes completely, or you go over the bars.
