seriously disappointed the bezels are both at 12
very impressed the PP has crown guards.
(I will forever associate PP with Peppa Pig and not Patek Philippe)

You can spec a plain polished steel bezel on any Datejust. Same as you can choose oyster or jubilee bracelet.

I like it but for nearly £10k it doesn't even have applied markers

Will the new Tudor GMT be 3” deep like the old one?

They're being rather coy about it. I'd expect it to land somewhere between the BB58 and the full fat 41mm Black Bay.

I think that's white gold though...awesome if possible.

Have to say, the more I see of this new GS GMT the more I like it. It's definitely a sports watch, and there's plenty going on, but the design is nice and totally coherent. I like the new bezel font too.

You're right and I'm wrong, I hadn't clocked that they're doing solid gold Datejusts again. Up to now they'd only been steel cases optionally with gold bezels and two-tone bracelets.

This is giving me a headache. It's so wrong. Even the colours.

what i said further up... I think its the cyclops date on the wrong side.

Destro GMT, my intial reaction was 'want!'. I'm a lefty that wears watch on left hand, I just like the comfort of the crown not digging into the back of my hand. However, date at 9 o'clock doesn't work for me at all. Unobtainable even if it were affordable to me (it's not) so a moot point I guess.

The funniest thing is that they don't even mention the orientation on the product listing page. It's not a feature. It just is.

Keep double taking every time I see it, thinking it’s upside down.

I love those dials
Red is the winner IMO -

I'm wondering whether the GMT date on the left creates a bit of left brain/right brain conflict. It really does make my eye twitch and upset my head. Date at 3 o'clock has been burned into my brain so many times over the years. Maybe you left-handed people often have to deal with a conflicted brain? Can you describe the feeling?
Maybe I feel such things more keenly because I have CFS/ME, which causes brain fog. I also killed a few billion brain cells behind my left temple, falling off my bike. My speech centre died. Maybe other brain functions were affected.

I'm after a red one as the pure Black appears discontinued. Most of the other colours are a bit flamboyant for me.

The black rhodium metal dial that was a limited edition or a black enamel? I think they might have done a black enamel Model 1 in the early days (back when the hands were super thin and the case was really thick) but not for quite a while now.
I think the Iron Cream enamel is really nice but the fumé ones are pretty special. Lots of new product coming from Anordain this year but their waiting list now is 2 years plus by their own admission. Worth the wait though, IMO, I'm a fan.

I think I can honestly say that I got more excited about the Moonswatch than anything I have seen new from Rolex or Tudor.
That GMT is just so wrong on every level. At least there is almost no chance of actually seeing in real life on someone's wrist. -

Just got to see one of these on a zoom call. Buyer is very proud of the bargain he got. Only paid £67,500!
Possibly the worst watch anybody I know has bought.
The only Collab I'm waiting for
