Correct, they moved the 90, not the dot. :)
Where the 70 is positioned has also changed a few times:

As the dot is the indicie, they can't just move it around withouth changing the scale. They must have moved the 90 in relation to the dot, no?
It should rightly be referred to as NUD (ninety under dot).
