Integration w/ Tesla car but mainly the ability to be off grid in the event of brown outs. Tin foil hat time but I think we'll see increased power grid failures in the next decade and no other battery (that I'm aware of) can put out enough peak and continuous power to power our house should the electricity shut off.
Not got anyone to recommend as obviously I am miles away from you.
But I rang probably 20 companies down here, and managed to get 2 to respond. Thankfully 1 of them was decent.
We are having 16 360wp panels installed, with a 5kw inverter and a 10kwh battery.
We are using Solar-edge kit for inverter, battery, monitoring and also the ability to automatically heat water via immersion.
All of the above is being installed for just under £15k (should be less now, with less VAT)
Any reason you have pre-decided on Tesla batteries? We went through them and decided that there was not a huge benefit for the price of Tesla batteries over other decent brands.
