Look up Shimergo or use a Shiftmate.

You can do a Shimano cassette if the derailleur is dialed in at the middle sprocket. That doesn't help with ratio (maybe a goatlink?) but makes sourcing parts easier.

Can anyone shed some light on this Crust.
It has campag levers with shimano mtb rear derailleur.
They look like 11 speed shifters.
Anyone else doing this?

Possibly some shiftmate thing on the rear mech?

Looks like its an XT mech, either a 9 speed M772 or a 10 Speed M773

Maybe your classic Shimergo setup? 10-sp Campy shifters, 9-sp Shimano cassette and derailleur. There's a slightly different way to clamp the cable on the derailleur: https://www.cyclinguk.org/cyclists-library/components/transmission-gears/derailleur-gears/shimergo.

I’m sure it used to be on their site that it came up with some mad shipping price when you selected uk and then dropped to like £200 when you put in your actual address (I got that close a couple of times). I just tried though and it seems to have changed… they are quite dreamy, though.
